Biosensis has more than 60 high quality antibodies that target the development and stem cell research area including antibodies against cyclin dependent kinases, human p53, PERK and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Biosensis antibodies can be used in many applications including ELISA, western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Many of our antibodies have been used for studies resulting in publications in the highest ranking journals, such as Nature and Journal of Neuroscience. Antibodies to the p75NTR receptor have proved ideal for use in a variety of techniques including FACS, cell isolation by panning, immunotoxin production and targeted gene delivery.
Our range of reagents for the study of stem cells includes antibodies to many of the most important markers for the different progenitor cells, especially those relevant to the nervous system. Antibodies include glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), p75NTR and neurotrophin. Also check out our large range of ELISA kits that have been used for this area of research, including for the assay of BDNF, NGF, cardiotropin-1 and trkB.
