A recent study* used the Biosensis proNGF RapidTM ELISA kit to demonstrate acute increase in proNGF in urine after spinal cord injury in mice (cat# BEK-2236) and humans (cat# BEK-2226). Treatment with an inhibitor of the proNGF-p75NTR interaction showed promise for improved bladder function.
