Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blotting (WB). A concentration of 1.0 µg/ml is recommended for WB. Human Catenin gamma has a predicted length of 745 residues and MW of 82 kDa. A concentration of 1.0-2.0 µg/ml is recommended to detect Catenin gamma in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Antigen retrieval is required. |
