Scientific BackgroundThe D-tag system utilises a short hydrophilic peptide (DYKDDDDK) that is fused to either the N- or C-terminus of the protein of interest. It can be used in conjunction with other tags such as the 6X His tag.
Western Blot analysis of 293 cells transfected with D-tagged vectors and with differing concentrations of the anti-D tag M-1301-100. Lane 1 contains the highest concentration (0.5 mg/mL) and Lane 4 contains the lowest (0.1 µg/mL).
