    Product Info

  • Product Name C-C motif chemokine 3 (MIP-1 alpha), Human, ELISA assay
  • Product Description google The human MIP-1 alpha (MIP-1a) Kit is a sandwich ELISA. The capture antibody is a monoclonal human MIP-1a antibody pre-coated onto the 96-well strip plates provided in the kit. Human test samples and standards of known MIP-1a concentration are added to these wells and allowed to complex with the bound MIP-1a antibody. A biotinylated human MIP-1a polyclonal antibody is then added. This detection antibody binds to the antigen thus completing the sandwich. After washing, an enzyme Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase complex (ABC) is added which binds to the second antibody. The peroxidase substrate TMB is added to induce a coloured reaction product. The intensity of this coloured product is directly proportional to the concentration of MIP-1a present in the samples. The purpose of this kit is the in-vitro quantitative determination of human MIP-1a in samples such as culture supernatant, serum, plasma (EDTA), plasma (Heparin) and plasma (Citrate). This kit has been configured for research use only and is not to be used in diagnostic or clinical procedures.
  • Alternative Names C-C motif chemokine 3; Small-inducible cytokine A3; Macrophage inflammatory protein 1-alpha; tonsillar lymphocyte LD78 alpha protein; G0/G1 switch regulatory protein 19-1; CCL3; G0S19-1; MIP1A; SCYA3; MIP-1 alpha;
  • Application(s) ELISA
  • Specificity Human MIP-1 alpha
  • Species Reactivity Human
  • Immunogen Description The standard and immunogen in this assays is produced in and purified from an E.coli expression system consisting of amino acids, A27-A92
  • Range 15.6 pg/mL - 1,000 pg/mL
  • Sensitivity < 10 pg/mL
  • Regulatory Status For research use only.
