A: Immunofluorescence analysis of casein kinase 1 alpha expression (red) in HeLa cells with C-1371-100. Casein kinase 1 alpha immunoreactivity is observed in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. Nuclear pore complexes (green) were stained with monoclonal antibody M-1397-250. Cell nuclei were visualized with Hoechst dye (blue). B: Western blot of whole rat spinal cord homogenate. C-1371-100 (1:10,000 dilution) detects 2 bands at apparent molecular weights of ~38 kDa and ~34 kDa, corresponding to CK1 alpha and related isotypes.
