How to Order
We have made ordering Biosensis products very easy. We maintain warehouses in Australia and the USA for prompt worldwide delivery of in-stock antibodies and kits. There are a number of ways to buy your life-science materials directly from us, either online or off-line, or through one of our DISTRIBUTORS.
This page has information about different ways of ordering your Biosensis products directly from us, and offered payment methods.
Please note: BIOSENSIS ONLY SUPPLIES BONA FIDE CUSTOMERS IN RESEARCH INSTITUTES, UNIVERSITIES, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES, DIAGNOSTICS COMPANIES AND SIMILAR ORGANISATIONS.
WE NEVER SELL TO INDIVIDUALS and WE ALWAYS CHECK AFFILIATIONS.
There are two main ways of placing an order:
1. Online: 'Ice Bucket' Shopping.
This is the fastest and easiest way to buy. Our shopping cart system does not require you to 'create an account'- though you are most welcome to do so. If you create an account, then the next time you order it will be easier, and you will be able to keep a history of your orders.

2. Off-line Methods - Phone and Email
Phone - just pick up the phone and call us! Our staff will be happy to take your order and explain the best ways of payment. Phone calls received out of hours will automatically redirect to our message bank. Our numbers are listed on the top of every page, or check out our contact page for any additional info you need.
Email - just send us an email! Please refer to our contact page for our contact email addresses. Make sure you include the full name and catalog number of all the products you want to order, as well as the quantity for each one and of course, your delivery details and notification of the method of payment.

Methods of Payment
Biosensis offers three principal ways of paying for your order: Credit card, Paypal and Institutional Purchase Order.
Please note from the 1st October 2022, Australian banks will no longer accept $US checks.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. The transactions will be processed securely on the Biosensis website.
Payment via PayPal
If you select to pay by PayPal in the checkout process, you will be automatically taken to the PayPal website, where you can enter your credit card details, or log-in to your existing (optional) PayPal account if you have one. Please note that you must return to the Biosensis website in order to complete this transaction.
Institutional Purchase Order
If you have a purchase order number from your university, research institution, or company, you can choose the Institutional Purchase Order option when you check-out.
If you choose this option then you can quickly proceed through check-out , payment can then be made by your institution using Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
