- Application Details Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP). The recommended concentration for IHC in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues and formalin/acetone fixed tissues is 1:200-1:500. For WB, the recommended concentration is 1:1,000 to 1:3,000. Mouse Dicer Protein has a predicted length of 1916 residues and the MW of the monomer is 218 kDa. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
