A. Western Blot: (0.01 µg/mL) staining of Human Cerebellum (A) lysate + peptide (B) and (0.3 µg/mL) Rat Brain (C) lysate + peptide (D) (35 µg/ protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence. B. Flow cytometry: analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Kelly cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1h (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 antibody (1 µg/mL).
