- Application Details Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry. A concentration of 2.0 µg/mL is recommended for WB. Human Catenin beta (isoform 1) has a predicted length of 781 residues and MW of 86 kDa. It has been observed as a 92 kDa band in SDS-reducing gels. A concentration of 4.0 µg/mL is recommended for Immunocytochemistry. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
