    Specifications

  • Product Description Rabbit anti-Annexin I Polyclonal Antibody (Unconjugated), suitable for WB, IHC-Paraffin-embedded, ICC, FCM.
  • Application(s) FC, ICC, IHC-Paraffin-embedded, WB
  • Application Details Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blotting (WB). A concentration of 0.1-0.5 µg/mL is recommended for WB. Human Annexin I (precursor) has a predicted length of 346 residues and a MW of 39 kDa. A concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL is recommended to detect Annexin I in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
