Product DescriptionMouse anti-Talin-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Unconjugated), suitable for WB.
Application(s)WB
Application DetailsWestern Blotting (WB). A concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL is recommended to detect the protein in cells and tissues. This antibody reacts with both Talin-1 and Talin-2. It recognizes an epitope located on the intact Talin and a 190 kDa fragment. It does not recognize the 47 kDa fragment obtained by protease cleavage of chicken gizzard Talin. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
