Application DetailsImmunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blotting (WB). A concentration of 1.0-2.0 µg/mL is recommended for WB. Human Filensin (isoform 1) has a predicted length of 665 residues and MW of 75 kDa. A concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL is recommended to detect Filensin in formalin/acetone fixed tissues.
