    Product Info

  • Product Name ACRP30, Human, ELISA assay
  • Product Description google The human Survivin Kit is a sandwich ELISA. The capture antibody is a polyclonal human Survivin antibody pre-coated onto the 96-well strip plates provided in the kit. Human test samples and standards of known Survivin concentration are added to these wells and allowed to complex with the bound Survivin antibody. A biotinylated human Survivin polyclonal antibody is then added. This detection antibody binds to the antigen thus completing the sandwich. After washing, an enzyme Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase complex (ABC) is added which binds to the second antibody. The peroxidase substrate TMB is added to induce a coloured reaction product. The intensity of this coloured product is directly proportional to the concentration of Survivin present in the samples. The purpose of this kit is the in-vitro quantitative determination of human Survivin in samples such as culture supernatant, cell lysates, serum, plasma (Heparin) and plasma (EDTA). This kit has been configured for research use only and is not to be used in diagnostic or clinical procedures.
  • Alternative Names Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 5; Apoptosis inhibitor 4; Apoptosis inhibitor survivin; BIRC5; API4; IAP4; Survivin;
  • Application(s) ELISA
  • Specificity Human Survivin
  • Species Reactivity Human
  • Immunogen Description The standard and immunogen in this assays is produced in and purified from an E.coli expression system consisting of amino acids, M1-D142
  • Range 62.5 pg/mL - 4,000 pg/mL
  • Sensitivity < 2 pg/mL
  • Regulatory Status For research use only.
