    Western blot of VRL-1 in PC12 cell lysate (RIPA, 80 µg/lane). R-078-50 detects glycosylated VRL-1 monomer at around 90-95 kDa. VRL-1 dimer is also detected by this antibody in this cell lysate preparation.
